I just test dro ve this.
To say I’m in love is an understatement, but the price just isn’t the right price.
But the ATS is definitely a possibility for the long run.

Which deets do you want? How great it drives? Pricing?

Have you driven the V6?

The usual. Stuff like:
New? What kind of discounts could you get? What kind of out the door price? Is the 2.0T really the sweet spot of the engine choices? What kind of options on it? What’s your take on the controversial gauge cluster? Going to go after cheaper used ones?
Etc.

No. I’ve heard it adds a bit of unnecessary We ight.

It’s a 2014 for $25k. We haven’t talked about discounts yet. I think the 2.0 is the best engine to have, it’s so well balanced and nimble in traffic, but then again it’s rhe only model I’ve driven. The gauges don’t really phase me. Will I look for others, I’m not sure yet...I’m going to look at other cars completely soon

So I was right that this particular example was overpriced. Unless it was green with a 6MT, then I need to start working on financing deals.
I’ve only ridden in one, and all I can say was the back was cramped. It sounds like a very appetizing car though; I would have to get over my loathing of GM first.

Unless they include at least two spare CUE units and an on-call tech to install it when it goes bad, and a no-charge lifetime bumper -to-bumper warranty with a guaranteed no-questions-asked loaner car of at least the same spec, give it a hard pass. It’s a good thing the ats is getting the axe.
At least if you get the equivalent BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, or Volvo, you don’t look like someone who cheaped out for the lesser brand. Admittedly they’ll drive differently, but the overall experience is superior.
